I had a very positive experience. Ken went above and beyond his fiduciary duty to me. He was very proactive in making sure that my lender had all of the proper documents needed to get approval for the type of loan that I desired. He was very diligent in making sure that my lender and the seller's agent were doing their jobs, not only correctly, but in the most effecient and effective manner. Ken was always available when I needed him. I only have one regret in working with Ken. I wish I would have listened to him during our initial conversation, and utilized his "In-House" lending service so that the whole process was quicker than it was. (I had already been working with a lender prior to contacting Ken, and felt that I had to be loyal to them at that point.). I would utilize Ken in the future.

He went above and beyond what I think other brokers would do for there client. His advice was spot on. We bought our home without any problems very simple. When it came to selling there were title issues that were from the previous owner. Ken worked feveriishly and relentlessly to resolve these issues. He kept us well informed about every detail making us feel comfortable in a caoatic situation. In the end we did close. I truly believe if it weren’t for Ken the buyers would have walked and the house would have gone back on the market starting from square one. Ken did everything in his legal means to keep this sale. I know he would do the same for any of his clients. He is not afraid of hard work or challenges.
